Our office is closed on weekends and major holidays, as well as when the doctors and staff are away attending continuing education programs to increase their skill and keep abreast of the latest developments so that they may better serve you.
Your First Visit
Your first visit will consist of an oral examination (possibly x-rays and models) and a consultation. We would like for you to understand what the best treatment is for your individual needs. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to complete the required health history form. Or, to save time, you can print off this required health history form, fill it out, and bring with you.
If you have dental insurance, please bring those details with you as well. If you have had dental x-rays within the last year, you may wish to have them forwarded to our office.
