Insurance & Fees

 Insurance

Insurance coverage for prosthodontics varies. Your benefits depend on many factors, including the payment of a deductible and the type of policy you have.

Due to the initial lab costs and to keep our fees down, it is our office policy not to accept insurance assignment. Please understand we will do everything possible to help you obtain the maximum benefits allowed, as most insurance companies pay a percentage of the usual and customary fees. This may not always be the same as the charges for the services rendered.

The best way to determine what your insurance will cover is to submit a pre-treatment estimate. We will be glad to take care of this for you at the time of your treatment consultation. You will just need to complete the patient information portion of your insurance form, sign it, and bring it with you on your first appointment.

Fees & Financial Arrangements

We’ll be happy to quote the approximate fee for your fist appointment when you phone to schedule. Should you need x-rays, study models, or other initial treatment, there will be additional charges. As full treatment fees are based on each individual’s particular needs, we are not able to give you a full cost estimate until after you have had an oral examination in our office.

Our goal can be simply stated: We want to give you the finest possible care at the most reasonable cost. But, like any business, we prefer to be paid promptly on the day of service. However, we understand at certain times other financial arrangements need to be made. Because your dental health is important to us, we offer CareCredit, a low interest and/or no interest monthly payment program specifically designed to pay for healthcare and elective treatment not covered by insurance.

We also ask that you remember that occasional emergencies arise, and that procedure times may vary. We do our very best to remain on time and we understand that your time is valuable.
